Zeigler
Training and Development, a division of Zeigler & Sons, Inc., was
founded in 1996. We have helped thousands of employees at companies around the
world improve their organizational, time,
writing, presentation, and stress management skills.
Zeigler originally developed the time management course for the Hertz
Corporation in early 1997. We were commissioned to interview their employees
(and those of our other corporate clients) to develop a course that would immediately
help employees more efficiently handle everything that was "bombarding them
from all sides every day," at work and home.
Since the original development of the course, we have updated and modified it
more than 12 times over the last four years. Our changes are based participant
feedback and evaluations. This seminar truly addresses today's "real-world" time
and stress management issues.
We now also offer the following effective programs:
All
of our courses are application-based without the theory
and academic approach. Zeigler Training & Development is committed
to providing the highest quality service and products to improve performance
-- at affordable rates.
Our programs are tailored to your needs so that you get
the results you expect. Our clients feel their investment
yields immediate returns that pays for the program the first
week after the seminar is completed.

They
wanted help on
multi-task priority situations.
When
overwhelmed by many competing tasks, they would shut down.
They
wanted a simple
way to decide how to organize competing tasks.
Goal
setting was not
being effectively used.
Goals
were not being written down by most
of those interviewed,
and if they
were, the
goals were often unrealistic, and thus
were not accomplished
(at least not in the specified timeframe).
People
wanted a system to organize their desk, files and their offices. Their
offices often "looked worse than their children's rooms at home!"
