The number one request participants have at the beginning of the classroom version of this course is that they would like to find two more hours a day. Before taking this module, participants keep track of their time for a week. Using the tips, tools, ideas, and strategies discussed in the previous eleven modules they then take out their timekeeping journal and learn how to look for and where to find two more hours a day. This module shows them how to analyze their timekeeping journal and come up with innovative ways to save up to two hours a day. They also learn how to make a more realistic and achievable plan each day.
- Understanding the “Law of Subtraction”
- Determining the “best use” of your time
- How to use your journal to find more time
- How to put all the pieces together
Activity – Take out your timekeeping journal and identify (circle) ways you can save up to two hours a day.
