The number of meetings at companies has exploded in recent years. Meetings are so ineffective that more meetings are needed to get anything done at all. We need a meeting to set-up a meeting, a meeting to discuss something (but not actually accomplish anything), and a meeting to decide something. How can people get anything done when they spend all day in meetings?
This module is based on a three year study and shows participants how to organize a meeting, effectively organize an agenda, how to stay in control during the meeting, and how to achieve the goal of the meeting by the end of the meeting. Participants also learn how to get consensus so participants are actually involved in the decision.
